There has been a lot of staff turnover as of late, so a lot of newcomers and then the newcomers leave and more newcomers It makes it very difficult for residence to be more known by their caretakers and develop better relationships with their caretakers I have also found lapses in some basic things such as laundry The good thing is that when it is pointed out, it typically is addressed, but it does require staying on top of it Recently a change of ownership of Sage has occurred, and the transition was very bumpy. The staff at Sage Glendale are super friendly and they offer great amenities for the residents. The common areas are also very beautiful.

It's very new. The people that work there are very patient and kind and did a job with my family member. They treated him with dignity and respect. They were good with my Mom and family. They put up with my requests for care or concerns for my loved one. They are a really good place. I would recommend them to someone who needed a place this. This is a place I would go if they had openings and I needed this type of help and care.

This is a good community. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The cleanliness, the staff are friendly, and the food is good and this stands out to me about the community. They are doing medication management for my loved one. There is transportation to doctor appointments that my loved one is using. There are activities, but don't know if my loved one is attending them.

It is a gorgeous and very welcoming community, it is nicely laid out and very inviting. The staff members there are fabulous and are very accommodating.

I would recommend this community for your loved one. They have activities like different holiday celebrations, they have music and appetizers. They offer to take people places during the week also around town like the mall or places the residents want to go. They have exercise equipment, ping pong and other games for the residents. They also have very good food.

It's all really a phony façade. It looks and feels like a luxury hotel yet it is only the outside appearance. We spent three months at Sage and never once did I feel that my father was being taken care of properly at a [Amount Removed]/mo price tag. They were constantly understaffed and poor/slow to respond to any questions or concerns. The executive director position changed three times in the three months we were there and other management positions changed out as well. Dining room is open from 7:30 to 7:00 but it seems chef has never opened a cookbook and doesn't care. My 1-br costs . $150 worth of gift cards disappeared from my room. There are no black residents so they just hired a second director of sales who is black in hopes of solving that problem. I estimate there are only About 50 residents and half are in Memory Care. 4 floors, 27 rooms per floor. Food was just as bad as [community removed] where staff was friendly but laundry was stolen.
