I was so excited when I learned my father was going to be placed here. Now I am crying as I write this. Although we are paying for services I haven’t seen one person check on him. It’s been three hours. The place is a ghost town after 5pm. When I went to ask for help, the care giver was on her cell phone and didn’t acknowledge me. She then stated she’s the only one on the floor and it’s not even her floor. It breaks my heart to think that if my father falls (and he has) that he’s on the floor until someone finds him. Their staff is very argumentative, unhelpful, rude and will sue you if you have any issue. Would not recommend sending my dog to this facility let alone a family member.
