I recommend SAHO to everyone I meet. They are fantastic. I was just there Sunday night to find my dog has a ruptured disc. Instead of telling me to unload thousands of dollars, Dr. Thompson sat with me to explain all of my options, what could possibly happen if I don’t treat the disc, and gave my dog some pain pills. He could easily have just slapped a diagnosis and prescription on the table but went above and beyond. I got a call from SAHO today to check on Fudge to make sure he’s doing well. This week my dog had a small paw emergency. While I was at SAHO to drop him off. Two very serious emergencies came in. It was about 3:30 in the afternoon. I naturally assumed it would be quite a while before I got word on Jack. Dr Spriggs was calling before I could arrive back home to let me know he was staying late to fix Jack’s Paw and that I could pick him up later that evening. Great customer service thank you!
I am shocked, this is a great place everyone there is great. They will do anything they can to help you out, no one would help my poor dog after he got ran over without me paying for it all up front. Stephanie is a great person and understood everything I said and took it all into consideration. I will always bring my dog here for future accident. 10/10 and this is my first visit. Thank you guys so much I can’t be thankful enough!!
Had to take my dog In to be cremated today the staff was wonderful
I adopted a beautiful older Min Pin, Gidget, from Tulsa welfare and she came down with kennel cough on a Sunday. Not a big surprise there. We waited in the car and Dr. Walsh came out and identified the problem and gave us antibiotics. It is scary with older dogs because they can get pneumonia very quickly from kennel cough but Dr. Walsh gave us a good treatment plan and she is doing better each day.
