A series of unfortunate events lead me to seek hair services that I believe to be professional and expedient from this salon. there are some really great positives here unfortunately the negatives really left me feeling that I had made a bad decision in patronizing the business. total disregard and misleading expectations lead to my visit being a total 10 hours. Having to catch a 6am flight I had no other option but to see the service through. I am outdone.
They pack in customers instead of turning them away when it is crowed, NO CONSIDERATION FOR CUSTOMERS TIME!! I was there from 1:35pm until 11:20PM I WILL NEVER ! I MEAN NEVER give any business my money that treats me like this. NOBODY expects to be at a salon that long !
RecommendedEverything was awesome from the check in to the finish hairstyle, the shop was VERY professional, I got a sew-in & it only took 1-1/2 hours, great job!!!!!!
My hair was totally f up!!! I called the very next day. I have pics. they refused to fix it. wanted to charge me 50 for walking in. The vixen sew in parts are uneven. so parting you hit the parts that are sewed in. I definitely would not recommend!!!! Please run!!!!!
One Week Later. Refused to Fix. Salon de Ain’t Loyal. They Just Lost a 10 Year Client. Who do Sew-Ins? #SHE
