I told the Chinese girl at 5:15 I wanted to have three packs of hair sewed in. I have to go to a viewing of a loved one between 6 and 8 she said okay it would be done in an hour and a half I payed $125 up front after I was there for 3 hours my hair was not completed my money was not refunded .I got upset at 8pm then gave them $35 cash and 15 min later They said I had to come back another day for the services I had paid in advance. I don't appreciate how I was inconvenience because the head stylist instructed my braider to part my hair totally different from the style I asked for. I had to come out extra money because of this. Then when I said something about it the attitudes where expressed. I offered to VIP someone who normally styles hair the way I wanted mines but once again attitude was given and I was asked to have a seat and wait 30 mins. I have spent a lot of my hard earn money here over the years and I feel as if its a I don't care attitude

I will never come here ever again. The manager is rude. Some of the employees have no idea what their doing. I could do my hair at home and it'd look the same. This one girl lamesha so far I've noticed messes up everyone's hair and also almost ripped out mines try to blow dry. Some of them dress unprofessional. Hello , i had a salon appointment today and it was my first time going to salon de weave . I was charged multiple times during the process for unheard of things. I was charged for using my own weave , for asking them not to cut my bundles , and for even asking to get my hair curled when asked what hair style I wanted . Good customer service but they are very overpriced and that's a problem and when you get home its always something wrong with my hair smh never coming back after two years
