First and last time customer. This establishment is unprofessional and don't respect anyone's time. It took OVER 2 hours just to braid my hair for a partial sew in, waited 40+ minutes to have a stylist install it, meanwhile MULTIPLE people are being serviced before me while I'm waiting. I would have left after they braided my hair but they make you pay full price before they even start. I spent 4+ hours for something that typically takes maybe an hour or hour and a half. Erica needs to be concerned when a person says they are burning during a perm. Instead of speeding up her pace_she slowed down the hair washing-then argued with me about how she is a professional(which obviously she is not_to even say that during a time where I am in extreme pain!) Worst place ever first they madqe me pay before I get my hair done I waited two hours before getting in the chair when I finally sit down in a chair they tell me they can't do my hair because it needed to be washed which I just washed it I can't get a refund I had to go all the way home wash my hair and come back I live about 30 mins away I wasted gas
I've been coming here for years without any problems hadn't been in a while, but today they literally robbed me I have to take them to small claim court which is taking place immediately! I didn't even get serviced and they took my money and wouldn't give it back!The girls here aren't even licensed at this business which I'm just finding out!This was the worse establishment I've ever been too!Nothing but a bunch of unlicensed,unprofessional hood rats here period! Don't even waste your time!
