Service was friendly and prompt. Quality of food was terrible for the price.
Service was not strong.
We waited for almost 60 minutes, and finally the order messed up. my daughter got my rare medium , i got her medium but 7 os i ordered 11 , and my wife got medium rare. totally messed up my 21 st anniversary
We had a reservation booked for 6:15 tonight, and we arrived around 5:55. We didn’t receive any recognition or service for about 20 minutes. Our server than came by, but didn’t apologize for the wait. We were a little upset about the amount of time we waited to be served, and it still took some time to get our drinks or order in. The service was still slow after the time, but we understood that it was a busy night. Overall the food was good, but the service made my birthday celebration a little poor.
Have been there many times but this visit was disappointing. Of the 4 of us only one ordered was correct. My friend's filet mignon was disguised as a strip loin (they replaced it but he now had to wait 20 mins while the rest of us ate our meals) and two of us didn't receive our side orders. Rather than wait for them to come out we just had them removed from the bill.
We look forward to going to Saltlik for special occasions - this time was for my husband’s birthday. We are saddened to say on this occasion Saltlik’s usual high quality was missing. The service started out fine, but then it felt like we were being ignored. The food was the most disappointing part - the quality of the filet was poor, the sides were minimal and the apple desert was underbaked….overall we left knowing we will probably not return. Server was rude. But it was Stompede, so we could not leave and eat somewhere else…otherwise would have. Food was great!!!
The host was amazing! It took awhile for us to order and had to ask the host if she could get our waiter . Then it took Avery long time for the food to come out. Not sure it was worth the money spent. The food was good once we got it. Will try again I am sure and it probably had to do with low on servers but it was 12:15 reservations so there should of been more staff The hostess was very good at what she did, she is a keeper
