Booked through OpenTable. When we arrived at the restaurant the servers took really long to seat us, based on what we heard it didn’t sound like they had a table for us (2 ppl). When we were finally seated the table and chairs were dirty (crumbs and dried food). The food was decent but our server rushed us after we let her know we weren’t interesting in the special on bottles of wine. I use to love coming to Saltlik but it’s changed a lot over the last couple years.

Lied to by our server continuously, our food order was extremely late; tables that arrived after us were served well before us. Fries were over salted, as a token of the delay, we were served a lobster tail, but nobody asked us if we had any allergies to shell fish; which 2 people at the table were severely allergic to shellfish. When I made the reservation, I was asked if it was for a special occasion and I said it was for our anniversary. When we arrived, there was no mention of it. I have to wonder why we were even asked? The restaurant was nearly empty and we were sat at a tiny table. The waitress was attentive but didn't pay attention. I ordered the chicken and it was so tough and dry. The steak was mediocre. There was barely anyone in the restaurant yet we still waited over and hour and a half before asking where our food was. We sat there and watched people walk in off the street to order and get their food before us. When I finally inquired the manager had them make it, as it hadn’t even been started. Our waitress left and didn’t come back to fill our drinks or talk to us for over 25 minutes! Not worth it.

I went here for a business dinner. Steaks were both sub par and overcooked. Ordered medium rare they were nearly well done. Service was poor and it was very cold. That would have been fine, although forgettable. However, we both became ill from eating the food. Horrible experience will not be back.
Very disappointing this year. had a great steak there during last years stampede so went back. This year brought my wife and her filet was over cooked , not melt in mouth tender. my New York steak was chewy and grisly. Had better steaks at home from Real Can. Like most businesses everyone is relying on previous reputation but cutting back on quality but charging top rate. Our bill for 4 with tip was over $330 (only 1 drink each) .
