Sam Ash has always been tops in every instance when I have dealt with them. Stringed instruments are my life, and have been for years, especially since my retirement. The prettiest guitar I ever owned came from the Sam Ash store in Richmond, Va (a Taylor Limited Edition.) My most recent great customer experience came with Sam Ash Online, purchasing a few packs of Martin Retro strings in which I mistakenly ordered custom lights, instead of just plain old lights. Sam Ash is an incredible company. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had with online ordering. My coupon wasn't applying, and a chat agent was able to apply it for me within seconds.
