Stephanie in the Brass department (34th street store) was sincerely helpful and friendly. I wanted to try a trombone and she was quick to help me find a room to allow me to try the instrument. I had experienced great customer service that day.

Always a good deal. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I've shopped in most departments at their Manhattan store. From acoustic guitars to pro audio, from bass to guitar accessories and the experience has always been great.
I helped a sales associate find $600 worth of sought after missing inventory. A discount would've been nice.

I take my instruments in to Lee for repairs...etc. He is very thorough and professional. I enjoy shopping here, i can always find what i need. Sales staff is friendly and wonderful.
