The guy who we bought the Telecaster and Ukulele was incredibly helpful.
My experience was cool, the employees had a cool calm attitude and were very helpful.
Stephanie in the Brass department (34th street store) was sincerely helpful and friendly. I wanted to try a trombone and she was quick to help me find a room to allow me to try the instrument. I had experienced great customer service that day.
