Always a pleasure to visit the 34th st. Location in Manhattan. From the front door reception to the various department associates, very congenial and I leave with a smile on my face and hear in my hands! Look forward to my next visit and purchase!
They were Bety lindo!!
I was there to purchase some IEM Shure se846. Unfortunately at the time they were not in stock. However, a store in Illinois did have some in stock. I was told I could have them shipped and they would be here in 4-5 days and a small discount would be applied for my Inconvenience. I was totally satisfied with that. From the manager Luis to Jose my salesman it was a great customer experience. Also upon pick up, the salesman with the blue hair (I didn't get his name) was very helpful.
