Simplemente entré a curiosear, pero acabé comprando una correa para mi guitarra como recuerdo de mi viaje a Nueva York. Fueron amabilísimos. Increíble encontrar un sitio con tanta cantidad de material.
Very helpful very polite
I've been a customer for over 30 years and normally I have no problem but I think the salesperson's should be more aware of customer care than just making a sale making a sale is important but keeping a customer is more important especially long-term customers. Maybe you should have special discounts for customers who have been loyal for 20 years or more.
The experience was good but it would be helpful if there were employees available to assist customers with simple item purchases. I had to wait 15 minutes to pay for a 4/4 violin bow because the employee for this swctio was busy with another customer who was looking to purchase an instrument and had a lot questions or concerns before deciding whether to or not to purchase.
Everything was great! I wasn't able to find one of the items I was looking for but the associate was very helpful in suggesting other options. Overall I am always satisfied when visiting Sam Ash
staff in DJ booth are very kind!
Raymond the sales associate was very patient and nice. He showed me what i wanted to see and waited while I was trying to make a big and long decision. He had patience for my back and forth questions too. +++++
No improvement
I bought a 4003s Rickenbacher Bass, which is AWESOME! My experience with Sam Ash exceed my expectations! Ira my salesman was a true professional and one nice guy! The Manager on duty could not have been more friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Sam Ash to all of my friends, musicAl or otherwise!
