Had to wait far too long for the guys in the basement/ back room to bring up the case and bow for the used Susuki violin I bought yesterday....the good thing was that Jeff who took care of me spent the hour answering all my questions about various aspects of woodwind instruments....and he actually went and got a case and bow for me himself! Jeff was great...we'll be back to have him help us with our next purchase! Thanks, Jeff!

I couldn't have been in there more than five minutes because the staff was so helpful. I came in for some electric violin strings, they gave me a quick rundown of the types of strings they had, determined which ones would be best for my experience level and I was out before I knew it.
