Products was not to bad but I still didn't get what I was expecting how ever customer service was really great never the less I still will always shop at Samash and will recommend it to anyone in my musical circle
I am a regular customer because of expertise and helpfulness of the staff at Sam Ash on 34th Street. As Murphy's Law would have it, I needed a lot of help and unfortunately the store was understaffed that night due to unforeseen circumstances. However, they did an amazing job anyway, and I really appreciate it. I highly recommend the store especially because of the excellent staff.
Lost a power adapter for a keyboard, had a gig in 2 hours. They solved it, i love that store, its my candy store.

Guitar dept manager Geo was very helpful and courteous, I know what its like to work in that environment (former GC). He was knows his gig and had my Rickenbacker ready behind the counter before I got in. Will do business again.
