Super helpful, and great to know that the staff is around but don't intrude if you just want time to play around with the instruments but are available when you need advice!
It is rare that I participate in reviews and my family & I must share our outstanding experience purchasing guitars with Jerry. I was looking for a manuscript book that needed to have wide spaces and perforated pages. I could find it but the man behind the counter came out to help and he quickly found exactly what I needed. This person was patient and eager to help. Overall a great experience!
