Every retail associate I had contact with either on the phone or in person had excellent customer service skills, and handled me with speed and kindness. I purchased my amp from Geo the dept manager and any problems I had he imediately fixed and I very happy in my experience. I would definetly buy again from Sam Ash Music.

Luis was very attentive, knowledgable and helpful in the time I was there. We went through the whole box of the item I was pirchasing to make sure it was all there amd in working order. He also told me of the store policies and assured me that the mic I purchased would not let me down. I have been a long time customer and that was by far the best experience I have had there.
