It’s been a horrible experience so far I spent over 1,600 on my dream guitar and it’s been disappointing so far. I did not receive the guitar case that is SUPPOSE TO COME WITH IT I called and complained with customer service about the incident. It was first rate.
Workers are annoyed to help you. Just straight up lie to you. Guy said he didn't have any of an amp. Even though the website shows it's in stock. Says inventory is always wrong. Was told to order it online. As I was walking out I found a big display full of them in the middle of the store. Guy just did not want to go look for it. Visibly annoyed. Do not buy from Sam ash music.your order will never show up
Was a terrible experience. Went to the store on Sunday 6/6/21. Entered the store without masks and started to look over the inventory were looking for at Gibson Les Paul models. They did not have a good selection of inventory any way. The manager of the store saw we didn’t have masks on and I said okay we will just shop somewhere else as the mandate has ended in Ohio. This person got so mad that I was going to shop at another store and refused the mask. that he made a derogatory comment to me so at this point words we... read more
They cancelled my order because they did not like my address. Still they charged my credit card and are of no help in reversing the charge!
I really liked the manager. He was friendly and answered all of my questions about the product. The associate was somewhat cold and didn't want to help that made me upset. He should really work more on his interaction skills!
More information on the products (mouthpieces)or having a printed sizing chart of all brands (Bach,Shilke,Dennis Wick, Parduba) etc..around would help in the case that a sales rep has no prior experience with those brand in particular..
Point of purchase on items I really find no issues whichever store I shop at. Where the stores really seem to be lagging excessively is on out of stock, a new release by a manufacturer still not shipped from factory.'not in the pipeline' so to speak. The issue is not whether the store had it at the time but the lack of follow up call to inform you on the said items status after they go through taking name and phone number.
