I ordered a subwoofer and they sent me a broken one. While the policy allow me to sent them back for a replacement before the expiration they didn't want to help me at the beginning. Someone help me to get in contact with Samson. Samson told me that they have a lot of priorities orders so that was the reason of the delay. I ordered an onstage keyboard case with wheels and handle for easy transporting. I receive a totally different brand with no wheels or metal handle. I called Sam Ash Music customer service and they told me to return it to them per instructions from their email. The lady told me that after they received my tracking number they would send the correct one. Sam Ash customer service is not great. They sent me the wrong product and getting the right one was a huge pain. They lost my business and everyone I know will be told not to shop at Sam Ash. I dealt with Nate, Lisa, and Amber, all of whom made decisions that made my life more difficult and told me things that were not true. Zach was one of the few who actually did what he said he was going to do completely. The worst!!! i purchased a fender Stratocaster it arrives in an aftermarket market case bent cant close properly first alarm 🚨 gets worse $1325.00 what!!!! Aftermarket bridge with a chunk of metal missing from it? Bridge pick up so loose and installed not even close to inline with strings! Marks and divots in wood. No help guy say sorry return it! I would but im handicapped and cant so ya don’t ever trust them no!!!!!
Terrible customer service. Purchased a guitar case online. they shipped the wrong one. i called immediately and explained their error. they asked if i would like an exchange. i agreed. What i didn't know was that they wouldn't ship my correct case until they received the wrong one, processed it, assigned my problem to a sales rep, he would have to search a store to locate a case, then put an order in etc. This case was ordered September 7. I ordered a used guitar on Reverb.com and nothing happened for 5 days so I contacted them and got a message back that this item is out of stock. How is that even possible on a used guitar being marketed through Sam Ash by a private seller. I think what happened was that the seller probably sold it somewhere else and forgot to end his listing with Sam Ash. They wasted my time and held my money for a considerable time. No communication from them at all.
Bad experience for me. I delt with Daniel Hof. Seemed like a nice guy on the phone but can't say I'm happy with service. Need to order 2 bass drum spurs from Remo. First I'm told Remo doesn't have the parts. Contacted Remo myself, they did. Emailed back saying I need "TWO" of them (with TWO in caps so it wouldn't get messed up). I encountered a very negative situation with prejudice implications. A store representative practically refused to connect a dj controller I wanted to purchase. He claimed he didn't have the software yet had another controller that used the software connected to a computer. Another Blackman was given false information about a product that he purchased. When I asked why the man was loed to the store representative stated "to get him out of the store." The incident occurred in Raleigh, N.C. on 3/17/2023..
