The stuff at the was not so friendly in like the queens store and they didn't as I was talking to a man about tube replaced and trying to get info to select a tube that sales man saw a customer looking at a guitar and started talking to that other guy i did say to him why are not completing are deal his reply was are you going to buy this tube .my reply was yes among other stuff that I need to pick up he then proceeded to take care of the guy it was looking at guitar left me without completing the sale I had to buy the tube ... read more

Repaired son's saxophone. Would have given 5 stars, except I had to call to check on repair, no one called me. And it wasn't ready when promised, no call to advise of delay.
Hi This is my second time visiting the store in NY and the guys i dealt with could have been more friendly. You have to work on that I mean letting them know how to deal with customers. Thank you
Your sales team did not pressure me and was very helpful/knowledgeable. I would have bought a lot more as a result if i had had more money on me at the time, but i will be making all my future purchases for my podcast equipment from sam ash. B&H has lost a customer for life.
Admittedly i was purchasing an inexpensive Squier Telecaster but the first one i tried had a non working bridge pickup. The second one had the tone knob missing. One top of that, the store refused to let my wife use their restroom. You need to do better if you are going to compete with internet sales.
