The service is excellent. You get acknowledged within minutes even if they are helping another customer, they politely say “I’ll be with you in few minutes as soon as I finish with this customer”. The stock is awesome they had what I wanted. So much better than Guitar Center. I’m officially switching to Sam Ash.
