Well....Every employee I encountered was kind and professional. I find, when I don't want to or simply can't wait for a delivery, that Sam Ash is the place to go for reasonable pricing. They also have larger stock of smaller accessories, such as, windscreens and guitar picks, than their competitors.

The young lady who works in sheet music, Elizabeth is very helpful and tries to please the customer. There is an excellent selection of music and courteous service. This is the branch on Route 4 that I refer to !
Sean in guitars was professional at all times. I called 15 20 minutes before arriving there. He had my item a ready to demo and was extremely knowledgeable in his department. I work in a sales myself and not once did I feel pressured in any aspect of the sales process.
