Since I discovered Sam ash two decades ago, I purchased at least a dozen guitars, sound systems, ect. And always, besides the good prices, has been the great customer service I have received. Everyone there is great but the one guy who has kept me coming back has been Danny Rivera. Thanks Danny! And thank you will for your assistance with my purchase of the Bose S1 pro plus!
A very harried employee helped me quickly one Saturday in spite of being swamped. The store also had exactly what I needed. 👍
Daniel Rivera was so helpful and accomodating. We bought our son a clarinet yesterday and Daniel bent over backwards to make sure we had the perfect shopping experience.

We went yesterday and Brandon was the best of the best thanks to him we bought a amplifier and a mixing console and some other stuff we needed for our business he also explained to us how to install the speakers and the cables etc. thank you Brandon and thank you Cesar for translating it to my husband in Spanish.!

I went to Sam Ash Ontario California. Danny was great. Awesome service and worked out a great deal with me. Traded in one of my old " war horse" bass guitars for a new one. The whole transaction was focused on what i wanted and the attention to detail was on point.
