Since we first arrived to purchased an instrument for our daughters graduation gift Shawn has always made us feel like friends. He helped us make the purchase. My daughter took in her instrument for its first tune up, he was there. He made the arrangements and kept us inform. We recently took in instrument again due to an accident. Mike was great from the start, saw me standing around, asked what I needed, got me hooked into an amp, and was very attentive the entire time. I'm very glad I didn't go to guitar center. I got an amp and some strings and the whole process was pleasant and fast.
