I have been going to Sam Ash for a few years now... more than ten I suppose. My initial experience was they were not as good as GC, but their location was a lot more convenient to get to and I just wanted to get in and out as quickly as I could. The problems that I did have, I starting taking to their store manager as frustration set in. I decided this was going to be my go to music store, so it better get fixed. I'm glad I stayed the course as they starting changing their personnel with people that had knowledge and people ... read more
