2/28/16, Sunday afternoon around 12:30, I called and tried to find out if they had a certain amp in stock because I wanted one today. I talked to the first guy who had no clue about amps and he said that would transfer me to guitars. I Waited on hold around 5 minutes then some other guy picked up. Told him the exact model I was looking for and asked if it was in stock. He said let me transfer you to guitars????
