Keith and Andre were amazing. This store is friendly and knowledgeable. Also they don't attack you when you walk in the door, they let you look without bugging you right away which i found awesome

Ordered a use acoustic from the Reverb store, took 2 days to cancel the order because they no longer have it. Clearly customer service and proper inventory are not the priorities

The sales person signed me up for a CC as well. Said they didnt have the amp in stock and had to order it and they would call me and let me know when to come in and pick it up.
