I don't want to go to long with this. Mark D. did a great job finding the right gear for me - well done! I brought it back for a set up where Keith (their tech) did it while I waited. It may not work that way every time, but it sure was nice today. Great Job everyone!

Keith did my set up to my newly purchased schecter synyster gates custom model! I love it and looks even better then when I had dropped it off at.. I also said to have him put on his recommend strings and it feels even better and tears up and down the fret bird THANKS KEITH BRETT is an awesome sales as well chatted about music and up coming purchases really knows his stuff. MARK is also awesome I had a run in with guitar center and had to take something back to purchase a Martin DM at Sam ash he "hid" the Martin for me! Grea... read more
