Ordered a use acoustic from the Reverb store, took 2 days to cancel the order because they no longer have it. Clearly customer service and proper inventory are not the priorities
Their employees could stop being so incredibly rude and discriminatory.
Bought an item online for pickup in store. Called the store and they said item was ready for pickup. Got to the store (Westminister, CA) and was told the item could not be found. Salesperson said they could either see if the store contained a comparable item, or I could wait until it was shipped to the store. I opted to look at comparable items and found one that was less expensive, so purchased that and was refunded the difference. So, a negative was turned into a positive. Prices are great. the selection was impressive, they're a little bit thirstier than guitar.
Been coming here since they opened their doors at this location. Have noticed how much downhill it’s been going for last few years. And how uneducated the staff is. Less and less inventory on high end drums and even less for hardware. I mean, the hardware selection on hand is embarrassing. The store is a mess and just a bit from disarray. I’ve been in pawn shops with better selection,inventory and cleanliness. And they wonder why brick and mortar stores are closing.
