Got a Sam Ash gift card and went to the Westminster, CA store to pick something out - bought a heavy duty music stand, which is very nice. There was a helpful young man in the music book area named Nick - he was knowledgeable and super helpful and made suggestions on how to spend the gift card. He plays trumpet and was generous w his time and patience in answering my random questions about how trumpets work. Great people like Nick make for great shopping experiences.

I got to the store as they opened. The sales associates were welcoming and pleasant. I am using a cane at the moment do to an injury, Marc assisted me with my order finding everything for me, carrying everything to the checkout counter and out to my vehicle. It was an incredible experience.
Always has the best selection of musical products, and excellent customer service. Been a proud customer for years.
