Had a great experience! Called and asked about a possible trade in earlier on in the week. They were honest and told me they couldn’t give me as much as If I sold privately. Inquired about a Martin D16e I wanted trade in for. Spoke to Lloyd during the conversation. Called in later on that week and Jonathan helped me out with some questions about the Martin D-16e and he told me to speak to Lloyd when I got to the store. I always enjoy going there , the employees , all musicians it seems ,are friendly helpful and it’s convenient for a teacher like me to pop in and get what I need at that moment . I also bought a great keyboard there for my daughter during the holidays that was readily shipped from another store . I like the low key atmosphere too .
Jonathan was very knowledgeable and helpful. I we I'll shop there again for sure.
