Do NOT shop here. Owners are terribly rude and do not deserve the business. They accidentally sent an email to a customer about the customer !! Which involved a conversation about my 17 year cousin who passed away from cancer and they said “ her organization doesn’t deserve special treatment” just because of that. WOW!!! I am speechless. Heartless human beings

People are very nice, somewhat knowledgeable. I DO recommend you do your homework before shopping, though. Their prices are good, but a lot of instrument pricing seems to be fixed - all the same everywhere.

John the guitar manager at the Huntington Station store is a virtual encyclopedia of what's available and Larry Fitzgerald is the best Luthier I've ever worked with. I have some expensive and some not so expensive guitars in my stable. Larry works on them like they all belonged to Eric Clapton. He is the best bar none.

John H. & crew always find a way to cut me a deal on that hard to find gear!
Got great help finding an obscure drum hardware part. The staff is friendly and helpful, although it takes a few minutes to flag one down. Lots of drums setup to test and plenty of sticks to go around.
