Went is yesterday to get new strings and the sales person did a great job switching out the old with the new. He took great care and cleaned the guitar also.
I would love to give a much lower star rating, something with a negative star rating. I went in today to pick up an instrument an upon check out was told by the cashier that repairs cannot be paid for by the sam ash credit card, that services and repairs are not allowed on their own credit card. I advised the cashier that was never discussed or disclosed to us at the time we dropped off instruments nor when we called to follow up on the repair. Not like it used to be, I tried to buy a used Gibson 335, and they would not come down, $1 , sad. I perched a a new Gibson 335 from Guitar Center, Sam Ash will not even come in play, again.
