They called it “giving special treatment” to the parents when asked to donate a guitar for a girl who recently died. Four years ago my dad died right before Christmas and that first year sucks. That was my dad, but imagine losing your kid. Kids aren’t supposed to die before their parents and I can’t even imagine the loss they feel. You should not only be ashamed but you should apologize. Disgusting.

Would give less than 1 if it was possible, they are not reputable people.
Very disappointed in how they handled my family's donation request. My family spent over 8,000 through the years there. Mostly on my 17 year old niece who recently passed away. They accidentally cc'd het father in their personal Email discussing his request and it was cold and mean.
