Ordered a use acoustic from the Reverb store, took 2 days to cancel the order because they no longer have it. Clearly customer service and proper inventory are not the priorities
Needed new strings on my es345 and the tech put a bad nick on my guitar after almost dropping it and the store manager offered me a bag of picks for compensation. Pure Ahole.
Discriminates against people with breathing conditions who cannot wear masks. Refused to allow inside. Guitar center had my back though! Guitar Center for the win! Same price. Better customer service.
