I didn't particularly like the long wait, slow computer system and then, after hubby made a purchase; we were in transit and had to return to the store because the main cord was missing! Really! Hubby will vouch that I've never been a SA person...anyway, they decided to give hubby a discount for the missing cord. Me, I would've said no way, because I really felt like they were aware of it, we called in advance to make sure one was in stock, and they only had that one. Sheesh #RaleighSamAsh

I can get better deals elsewhere and the customer service here sucks. I will not do business here again. Stood around 20 minutes knowing what I wanted and got no help...
Manager Myers, needs to read over his return policy and have it clear for own sake, because customers shouldn't have to tell him what his own policy is. When it's stated directly on the back of the receipt. Wasn't satisfied with his service and then trying to be a smarty pants about a single return. Happy and glad that the store Manager was able to take care of us. Won't be going back at all!
They have things that other music stores don't, but the customer service leaves something to be desired. Guitar center is across the street and they are much friendlier and more helpful.
