I like the way the Raleigh store re-arranged the guitar/drum area. However, I believe one salesperson working guitars is ridiculous and he's obviously in need of another salesperson.Ā
garbage customer service. guitar dept. rep didn't want to stop playing long enough to ask if I wanted to actually hold the $1000 guitar I was eyeing up behind the counter. some cuck complained over the store PA not to touch an x32 console (which I own 2 of). at least come say it to my face respectfully or rope the stuff off if you don't want to actually sell anything of high value to someone who knows how to use it. you're lucky I didn't lock your console like I considered. should have listened to the multiple friends who...Ā read more
Originally from Charlotte and shop at that location quite a bit, I can deal with them, even though the guys in the guitar department are more worried about their own opinions rather than making a sale. But this douche bag in the guitar department in Raleigh (I wish I could have gotten his name) was something else. I ask if they have a hand exerciser since I didnāt see one. Standard stuff right? I gave up on guitar center years ago, Sam Ash has always had a better selection, and a way more knowledgeable staff. The staff is actually there to help you get what you need instead of trying to sell you crap for commission. If i do buy from a store chances are it'll be a Sam Ash.Ā
I didn't particularly like the long wait, slow computer system and then, after hubby made a purchase; we were in transit and had to return to the store because the main cord was missing! Really! Hubby will vouch that I've never been a SA person...anyway, they decided to give hubby a discount for the missing cord. Me, I would've said no way, because I really felt like they were aware of it, we called in advance to make sure one was in stock, and they only had that one. Sheesh #RaleighSamAshĀ
