I purchased a guitar case from the Clearwater store because it showed 1 in stock online. They took my $228 sent me an email confirmation and order# . Cool. Well 15 days later no case, no email, no money returned so I call them…. I get a sorry we don’t have the case. We will process your return/ refund right away, this one slipped through the cracks! RecommendedNeeded to replace a defective Mogami mic cable, which I had NOT purchased at Sam Ash. Went to Guitar Center first and was treated rudely by the "mask nazis" then TOLD to leave the store when I wouldn't comply with their illegal distribution of medical devices. Went into the store the other week to buy some power tubes for my amp. As I was casually browsing the store I seen in the pedal cabinet that they had a Boss DS1 distortion pedal listed for $24.99, I told the employee I’d take that too. After pulling the pedal out of the case, and setting it on the counter, he begin to ring it up, he then stopped and told me that the pedal was priced incorrectly. RecommendedI need it to make a return for some cymbals I bought online. I return them to the store to purchase a different type of cymbal. After changing my mind about returning the symbols the store was very gracious to give me the cymbals back and fix the return receipt even though it was my fault. The store had great customer service and very knowledgeable employees.

RecommendedJust bought a 2019 Gibson les paul classic and the staff was nothing but professional. The let me try any guitar I wanted with no questions. I have been to some stores when you are asking to play 2k plus guitars they hover over you....no here. They let me set up stands and play as long as I want and would occasionally come by to make sure I had what I needed. Never once tried to pressure me into a sale. Needless to say, after playing several guitars there over the last month, I walked out yesterday with a great guitar.
Stopped by today and wasn’t greeted or helped at all. Stayed for at least 20 mins. Seemed like employees were too busy talking or playing the instruments themselves to help out. It’s fine my money spent just fine down the road at GC. I won’t be back at all!
