Sam ash Columbus Ohio. Bought 3 of my guitars. And sold them. Knowing they where stolen. Because just days after they were stolen I sent Sam ash pictures and serial numbers of the guitars. Also called and went to store. There story is they never seen them. Owe. But after the police get involved. Sam ash comes up with one of them (the cheap one you can find everyday in any store ). Trying to buy a gift card shouldn't be this difficult. The online site is outdated at best and after calling a store in Indianapolis, I was told the only way to purchase a gift card is to physically come into the store and buy it there. I would imagine you're losing a pretty hefty amount of sales this way. People do most of their shopping online, and have been doing so for about five years now. But who am I to tell you how to run a business? Btw, I just spent $500 at your competitor because of the hassle.
