I purchased a Tascam DR-22WL. The salesman was somewhat helpful. I previously purchased a Tascam DR-07mkII. It has served me well, until the power button ceased to work. Couldn't find anywhere to get it repaired in a reasonable amount of time, thus the reason for my purchase. I found the Tascam DR-22WL on a competitior's website for $79.95. Just had this depressing experience yesterday: Called and asked for a deal on a demo unit. "Sure, we'll take at least 10% off if not more! Come on in!" I go in..."Sorry, we can't take that much off... you'd be better off buying a new one"
Excellent selection of guitars but the customer service was lacking. They were helpful when asked but didn't feel like anyone cared if we were there or not.
We are from galion ohio and my boyfriend called ahead of time to ask about a drum pedal and they said they had one in stock... we drove 65 miles to come get it. We had someone help us who said he was going to go to the back and look for it 45 mins later we walked towards the from and the same person that was suppose to be helping us was sittin behind the counter helping someone else most worst experiance ever
