Just received the JWDC pedal and its amazing! Special thanks to Ryan and Elliot, manager and sales manager, for their professional, courteous assistance in making this happen. I highly recommend this store. Wish i could thank you guys in person, i live 30 miles north of Seattle. If they can give such great customer service from across the country, they can help you too!
You need much more, better, local marketing. Folks go to other locations not realizing that a good place to get musical gear is right in their neighborhood.

Very welcoming staff. If I had any questions there was no hesitation for help from the employee's that worked at this location. I am 29 years only and have been going to the same store since I was 14.
No improvement necessary
Just ask the customer "if he/she want their instruments cleaned". My 1st was cleaned after being worked on, i was so impressed i thought it was a brand new bass.My 2nd was just repaired, i forgot 2 ask if it was part of the service. Keep up the good work...
