The manager Elliot in the Philadelphia Mills location was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to show me exactly what I needed to start my home recording setup! I will definitely be going back to him in the future!!!
Guitar was almost $200 les than ticketed price and the salesperson changed my string gauge, did a partial set up, and cleaned/ polished/ conditioned the guitar and fretboard on the spot for me. Excellent service. Great deal. Great sales team.

I got a new guitar string, and the guitar tuned, for less than 2 dollars. The people there were very nice. Real good experience, for sure!
The dude that helped me was Fucking awesome and I’m gonna max my Sam ash credit card every chance I get. Love the positive vibes and diversity that place brings. If you want me to keep going on I’m gonna curse a lot and express my love for my new found homies at that place
