Great staff and very informative! They made me feel very welcomed and though I've worked there before, it's nice to know that they still treat me like family. Will recommend anyone to do business with Sam Ash.
Put new strings and new nut on my guitar. I wanted to just try it myself. The neck tension was messed up because the strings were a different gauge. So I caved and took it in to Sam Ash after trying to lower the bridge and such myself. I can't remember his name(I'm terrible with names) but the gentleman asked me what was going on, so I explained how I was foolish for trying myself but I wanted to try it, I like learning lol. He was about to write up a tech order and said if it's just a quick neck adjustment he could do it. B... read more
