We were extremely lucky to have found Sam through our relator when we purchased our first home in 2016 and since then he has helped us with a refinance and the purchase of our second home. Even from the get go Sam was very transparent. He helped me understand what everything on paper meant and was very willing to explain in detail exactly what something was. He was very calm and collect, even when telling us bad news which helped put us at ease and always reassured us at a personal level.
