We started our refinancing process just before the Covid-19 events. Sam explained the process in detail and gave us several options. We provided some documentation but for the most part Sam did all the hard work. The submission and underwriting all occurred when the Covid-19 rush to re-finance peaked but Sam kept the process moving and kept us informed the entire way. I always had questions for him whenever he called and he answered every one of them. We've since recommended him to many others.
