In his personal life, Sam is one of the most genuine and nice people I know. I was delighted to discover that professional Sam is EXACTLY the same. He is also extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the mortgage process. So good that I received an unsolicited phone call from a selling agent who told me that he had "some" concerns.
