Sam was extremely communicative throughout the process. There was never a point that I was wondering "What happens next?" or "Am I missing anything". Both Sam and his team made us feel comfortable throughout the process. In addition, while we were looking at homes, Sam would communicate with the listing agent about how we were qualified and give them comfort on our eligibility and qualification on our loan. It only helped strengthen our offer against cash offers and helped us land our home.
