I was introduced to Sam by a mutual friend who knew we were trying to reduce our current variable rate mortgage payments. Sam was easy to talk to, asked great questions and helped us sort out what all our options were. We decided to refinance the mortgage into a fixed rate which was lower that we expected. All the paperwork was handled very efficiently and quickly. We ended up saving about $300. a month! I highly recommend this team.

Sam and his team made the entire refinance process (this time) and the original mortgage process so easy! The constant communication between his team and us along with having the ability to upload the documentation electronically made things move faster than expected. Sam is the epitome of a great salesman, he knew what we wanted and fulfilled it. However, as arduous the underwriting process coul be a checklist will do some good, especially first-time buyers like myself, it seemed like the last minute paperwork was not necessary due to the last minute delay. This process has nothing to do with Sam as he is an excellent person even on nonworking hours he is able to accommodate.

Sam communicated every step of the way via text, email and phone. He answered all questions and was completely transparent about the process. He was able to deliver a 15 day escrow as he said he could.
