Sam is very knowledgeable about mortgages. He is very responsive to any and all questions that my husband and I had about the process. He is quick with his work. We were also impressed with Sam’s ability to be creative in making our loan work for us. We also loved the fact that Sam would call the seller’s realtor to advocate for us whenever we put in an offer on a home.
