Sam has helped with home financing three times and he outshines his competition at my banks. His rates are very competitive, usually the lowest. Sam is very responsive to any request and he uses modern tools to dramatically reduce the time and number of meetings required to get through the paperwork. Finally he is very good at estimating and then sticking with a schedule. Each time we have used Sam we have closed right on time.
Sam has been an enormous help to getting my and I situated in our new house last year. He was extremely patient with us when trying to get the deal done. His Realtor, Yaz from REMAX was awesome as well. Recently, Sam refinanced our loan and provided us with some savings and even more security that were doing the right thing for our family.
