Sam is an outstanding lender by all means. He helped us 3 times through out the years with home loans. He would do whatever it takes to serve his clients. Buying a house or requesting a loan, can be very stressful. Sam helped us understand the limits of what we can afford, and what to look for during the loan approval and escrow (even though we had a broker). Highly recommend Sam!!
